RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Boss Fitness website and have a 7 day return policy (excluding sale items). If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us via email at hello@bossfitness.org for a refund, exchange or credit note of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment subject to reason. Please include your name, order details and exchange/credit preference in the email so we may assist you further. We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on the Sweat Belt by Boss Fitness for hygiene purposes. 

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

  • Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • We offer FREE returns and exchanges in Australia only. All international orders will need to pay for their return and will cover any shipping charges to dispatch your exchange. 

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

PURCHASES MADE DURING A SALE

  • All purchases made during a sale or on sale items are final and are not eligible for an exchange or return
  • Purchases made during sale periods may need an additional 72 hours to be dispatched due to an influx of orders
